John & the two separate teams that moved me were fantastic. I moved from ACT to QLD.Great communication, clear on any delays or concerns. Very professional at the load and unload.Prompt and very reasonably priced invoices with various payment options. Storage costs were fantastic.Both days were very warm and the crew worked hard, safely and John made sure they took regular breaks to ensure their safety.

John and his boys moved my Dad from Sydney to Cairns. Professional, friendly and very reasonable price. John went out of his way to ensure any issues were resolved. Everything was intact at the other end. Would definitely recommend East Coast removals.

Trust me this is by far the best removalist in the world in terms of delivery, accuracy and communication and of course prices.In the beginning we always have a doubt if we are using the right one, but the communication and work attitude are so well, then you will put that behind.They showed up on time, SUNDAY, yes they picked up my stuffs on Sunday in Brisbane. Delivery made in Friday in Melbourne. 1800km in distance and they did it so fast and well.Thumb up !! 👍

Jon and his team where polite and professional for the entire removal process. The truck was delayed in the beginning at no fault of their own. During the delay Jon kept us up to date with ETA's and showed gratitude for our patience. At the other end of the delivery Jon gave us plenty of notice before his arrival and once here wasted no time getting the truck unloaded. We were able to travel up leisurely knowing that our belongings were in safe hands. The move went extremely well from start to finish. Couldn't recommend more highly! Relocated from Townsville to NSW, East Coast Freight and Removals not only gave me the best price, they also did their best to work around me and my move and even when they had their own equipment issues they arranged a work around that ensured that my move wasn't at all delayed or impacted. I would most definitely use them again and thank then for their incredible service!!

Awesome staff, very responsive and helpful during our move from Melbourne to northern nsw. Loaded and unloaded in extreme heat very fast.Arrived on time for collection and delivery and very reasonable pricing.You never hear good removals stories but we genuinely had no issues.

I could not recommend John and his team highly enough. When we moved from Newcastle to Bundaberg John was patient, friendly, and easy-going, and when we accidentally forgot to get the skip bin moved out of the driveway BEFORE moving day 🤦 John just worked out a way to get the job done on a 36 degree day, blowing a gale, and kept on smiling. Everything was moved in good time, for a great price, with no breakages or losses. These guys are awesome and I recommend them without hesitation.

John and his team generously donated their truck and volunteered two men to take community donations from Coffs Harbour to flood affected families around Lismore.Wow... what legends!The team were so professional and kind-hearted to go door to door delivering Whitegoods to individual families who had no other way of collecting the donated goods (not your normal delivery) .... John and his staff were amazing, we had a difficult access on a steep hill and the guys got it all done on time and with care. They packed our storage shed like a tetris game and we were able to get all our belongings in one space. They were really great to work with and very reasonable on price. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service! John came around before our move to give us a more accurate quote as we were moving out of town and have a lot of items to move. John and Damo were super friendly and hard working, couldn't recommend enough! Was a big job with multiple heavy and/or antique pieces and a several hundred + book library.

John and his team removed my extremely heavy steel frame Piano last week and I cannot rave about these guys enough. From the first time I rang John and the many phone calls backwards and forwards, I knew I was going to be in good hands. I had a few queries around the removal of my piano but with John and his partner Samantha putting my mind at rest I knew it was in safe hands. The care and respect they showed me and my home was second to none. If I ever need to move, these are the guys I would choose.
